Shipping & Returns


We can ship most products (those sourced from NA World Services) only to Australian addresses. Please visit na.org if you are outside of Australia and wish to purchase NA literature or products.

We can sell Australia produced products, such as our calico banners and lapel pins, internationally. Please email us at shop@fso.com.au if you wish to order such products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Our current policy for calculating shipping is based on a single percentage for Australia.


 FSO accepts returns of most defective products in accordance with the terms and conditions posted from time to time Replacement of returned products will be made in accordance with the Returns and Refund Policy.

Returns & Refund Policy

To ensure your peace of mind, we follow the guidelines set by the Office of Consumer Affairs.

If for some reason our goods are faulty, wrongly described, or are different from a sample shown, we will happily give you the choice of a refund, exchange or credit. In situations where we are not obliged to give you a refund, we still may offer you a store credit or exchange.

If you wish to return goods to us, they must be returned in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Please note we will not pay return postage unless we have made a shipping error or the item was faulty or damaged on receipt.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must e-mail shop@fso.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Please supply the order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and contact telephone number. Customer services staff member will email you return instructions within 4-6 business days. Please ensure that you repack the product in its original packaging materials, including paperwork. Fellowship Service Office will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is any damage to the carton on delivery, refuse the order and contact shop@fso.com.au immediately.
